ID the spider that bit me in my sleep.

Hopefully this is nothing to worry about. Do I need to do anything besides put on some Neosporin and a Bandaid?
I'm in Philadelphia, but I just finished driving back from TX so it's possible that it hitchhiked from somewhere in between. It bit me twice in the armpit, and the pain isn't too bad but is pretty uncomfortable. It's enough to keep me from going back to sleep which is rather unfortunate since I had been asleep for 4 hours after driving for 12...
Let me know if I'm leaving out any other relevant info. Thanks.

First, best wishes for a speedy recovery!
The spider is probably a long-legged sac spider in the family Miturgidae, genus Cheiracanthium, though I can't rule out other possibilities. At least one species, C. mildei, is more common indoors than out. Look for their silken "sleeping bags" where walls meet the ceiling. They rest in those sacs by day, prowling at night. They rarely stray from the walls or ceilings, though. I doubt you will have this situation arise again.
