Help! Lots of these in the house! Upper Michigan

Any ideas what these could be? I have been finding them in my bedroom! These pics taken today on the doorframe inside my house.
Extra info: I live in outside the Sault Ste Marie area of Michigan (very rural, eastern upper peninsula), in a very sandy area. The house is brand new, with a sandy crawl space, and currently front+back lawns purely sand, about 1 mile from lake superior. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am not an expert, but your houseguest looks like a crab spider (family Thomisidae).

No species of crab spider is dangerous to humans.

I agree with Ungoliant. This guy appears to be a species of Xysticus, a type of "ground crab spider" that typically hide in leaf litter or under tree bark, etc., but the males start to wander in search of mates and often end up indoors on accident.
