I’m glad you left her. She’s using a web, camouflage, and her body to hide and guard her egg sac. That’s an interesting weed, looks similar to Beggar Ticks, which are super annoying. She’s an interesting species, a Green Lynx. She’s a green spider that chases prey like a lynx. The other cool part is that she changes colors. I wish I learned that there are American spiders that can change colors when I was in elementary school! Based on what she sees her brain sets pigments in motion inside her body. How amazing. I was coming back to this picture again and again and while i could see the legs…i just could not see the spider. When u identified it and i knew what shapes to look for it slowly appeared body part by body part.
