I think this could be a little wolf spider. There is a chance that maybe it could be in the genus Pardosa see the link…https://bugguide.net/node/view/1691588 but i am not even certain it is a wolf spider
I’m not sure either. South Carolina does have a lot of little Thin-Legged Wolf Spiders. I have a lot where I live too. They’re cute, they scamper around in a way that looks random. They are often near others ( siblings? ) Unlike the bigger kinds of Wolf Spiders they can climb vertical things a little bit in the surface is rough.
