It may be one of the fishing spiders in the genus Dolomedes
I agree, the markings aren’t visble enough for an ID. My best guess is https://spiderid.com/spider/pisauridae/dolomedes/triton/ Dolomedes triton. They’re very cool spiders. Hopefully you’ll get to see her raise babies later in the year. Fishing Spiders are great moms, they carry around their egg sac and make a special web to enclose the hatchlings to keep them together while she guards them. If there is a water body, like a brook, nearby they will go there to hunt.
How large are fishing spiders? The spider I posted was quite large. The bricks in the picture are 3.25” x 9.25” each. I have never seen a spider of this size in my life. We live near (1/4 mile) swamps and national wildlife refuges We had a severe drought this past summer and now it’s overly saturated. With this said we are now seeing many other critters coming closer to the house. Armadillos, raccoons, possums, deer, bobcats, rabbits, birds of all sorts.
