Found in my basement and I’m not t sure what species this spider is. It was not aggressive when I trapped it in a jar and released it outside my home

I think it is a dark fishing spider Dolomedes tenebrosus

I thought the same but am not so sure. I have a better picture but don’t know how to add it to this thread

You can add it as a new picture. It isn’t possible to add it to the thread. The more I look at it themore certain I am that it is a dark fishing spider..
