This is likely to be a male female pair beginning to court. They are probably mesh weavers in the family ..Dictyinidae

Great photo! The male is the one at the upper left. He is displaying his pedipalps. They are part of his genitals. They’re swollen with his semen and he is probably trying to impress the female. 🙂 Spiders are scientifically identified to species by the shape of their genitals. A male and female of the same species fit together like a key in the correct lock. The female has her first two pairs of legs raised, like “wow!” She might be signalling willingness to stroke her legs against his and continue the courting.
