Thank you for reply! It does look like that, what about the light banding on the legs though this made me think fishing spider at first but I think you are right that it is a giant house spider.
The prominent key is the patterns on the abdomen. we have 3 species in the Eratigena genus, and they look nearly identical. the smaller is the hobo spider and there is little or no banding on the legs. One of my hobo’s: HOBO SPIDER | Eratigena agrestis female Taken with Samsung R… | Flickr
Looks more like a male giant house spider.

The Eratigena duellica is mostly found in the western region, and the Eratigena atrica, in the eastern regions.
